I felt the exercises and treatments did help me.
My therapist was occasionally running a little late in his appointments, but Joanne at the front desk is awesome, and would always make sure I was comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and puts you at ease right away.

I’m very pleased with the care I received at Vertex Physio. Dawn Payne treated me for car related injuries. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely trying to help. Her IMS treatment and teaching techniques helped a lot with my recovery. Joanne at the front desk is great, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dawn and the clinic.

If you want the best physiotherapy, then this is the best place. This clinic provides the best treatment. Their exercise and support really helped me a lot to cure my shoulder pain.

I had physiotherapy with Flavia for almost a month. She was very informative and made sure that I got the recovery I needed for my knees. I received exercises to do at home. She was very gentle and was very encouraging until I was finished with my treatment! I definitely would recommend her to anyone that would need help! Always felt welcomed when I arrived and left!

We have been to In Step Physical Therapy twice now, and the staff are friendly. We are always greeted by the receptionist. My husband's therapist is a wonderful woman and has lots of patience with him. I would definitely recommend them.
